I was going through my recipes and found this, haven't made it in a long time, but plan on making it tonight. If I remember correctly, this is a fabolous seafood dinner.

Ingredients
- 1 - 8 oz pkg, ( 12 canneloni's,) canneloni pasta
- 1 cup low-fat ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 - egg yolk
- 1/4 cup fresh chopped parsley
- 1/4 cup fresh, chopped oregano
- 1 pound fresh crabmeat, crumbled
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- /2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 2 tablespoons paprika
How To Make seafood cannelloni

Step 1Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed, drain. In lg bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg yolk, parsley, oregano, crab, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.

Step 2Fill each canneloni w/ some of the crab mix and place in baking dish. Sprinkle canneloni w/ remaining parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 15-20 min, or until bubbly.
