18 oz pkg, ( 12 canneloni's,) canneloni pasta

1 clow-fat ricotta cheese
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese, divided
-
1/2 creduced-fat, shredded mozzarella cheese
-
1egg yolk
-
1/4 cfresh chopped parsley
-
1/4 cfresh, chopped oregano
-
1 lbfresh crabmeat, crumbled
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
/2 tsppepper
-
1/4 tspcayenne pepper
-
2 Tbsppaprika
How to Make Seafood cannelloni
- Heat oven to 350. Spray a lg baking dish w/ cooking spray. Cook pasta as directed, drain. In lg bowl, combine ricotta cheese, 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, egg yolk, parsley, oregano, crab, salt, pepper and cayenne pepper.
- Fill each canneloni w/ some of the crab mix and place in baking dish. Sprinkle canneloni w/ remaining parmesan cheese and paprika. Bake 15-20 min, or until bubbly.
