Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic
- 1 medium onion diced
- 1/2 cup dry white wine
- 1/2 cup grated romano cheese
- 1 cup clam juice
- 16 sea scallops
- salt and pepper
- 1 pound linguine pasta
- 2 tablespoons fresh parsley chopped
How To Make scallop scampi

Step 1Cook the pasta in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain

Step 2In a skillet add the butter and saute the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the wine and d1/4 cup of the cheese. Add the clam juice and bring to a boil

Step 3Add the scallops and boil turning them once for 8 minutes.

Step 4Plate the linguine and pour the scallops and sauce over top and sprinkle with remaining cheese
