This recipe is my back up when people come for dinner with out notice. I always have 10 02 12 containers of sauce made in the freezer

Ingredients
- - salt and pepper to taste
- 6 tablespoons minced fresh sweet basil
- 3 tablespoons fresh parsley
- 4 tablespoons fresh thyme
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 1/2 pounds sausage caseing removed cooked and crumbled
- 1 large onion chopped large cuts
- 2 large bell peppers chopped large
- - you own great tomato sauce
How To Make sausage & penne pasta

Step 1In a sauce pan, add the oil, onions, peppers, and sausage and cook until tender. Add the tomato sauce and spices, and simmer at low heat until all ingredients are cooked . Place the sausage and sauce over the pasta, and mix well. Then add the parmesan cheese and the mozzarella cheese Mixing the cheeses in well. Place the pasta mix in a casserole and bake at 350 decrease for 7 minutes . top with extra parmesan cheese if you like.
