Ingredients For sausage pasta

1 pkgcheese smoky links, cut into pieces

2 Tbspolive oil

1onion, chopped

4 clovegarlic, minced

3 Tbsptomato paste

28 ozcan crushed tomatoes

1bay leaf

1 sprigrosemary

1 stalkthyme

2 cchicken stock

salt and pepper

10 ozditalini pasta

2 csharp cheddar cheese shredded
How To Make sausage pasta

1Place the olive oil in a large pot. Add the cut-up sausage and cook until browned. Remove to a plate.

2Add the onion and garlic. Cook 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and stir to combine. Add the chicken stock and crushed tomatoes.

3Throw in the bay leave and sprigs. Bring to a boil and reduce to a simmer and simmer 20 minutes.

4Meanwhile, cook the pasta in salted water. Drain and add to the tomato mixture.

5Add the sausage back and remove the bay leaves and sprigs. Stir in the cheese.
