Ingredients
- 1 pound pound italian sausage
- 3 cups chicken broth
- 2 - apples, golden delicious
- 1 cup dried cherries
- 1/4 cup parsley flakes
- 2 - eggs
- 1 tablespoon sage, dried
- 2 sticks celery
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 stick butter, softened
- 16 ounces stuffing mix, herb-seasoned
How To Make sausage cherry/apple dressing

Step 1Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2Dice onion very small cook with sausage till there is no pink

Step 3When finished put the sausage and drippings in a large bowl with the stuffing cubes

Step 4Bass up real small apples onions celery fry for 5 minutes until softened

Step 5Put everything in a pot with the chicken broth and bring to a boil turn off the heat add the parsley and the cherries then put in the rest of the ingredients

Step 6Add the two beaten eggs gently mix and put in a 3 quart casserole dish bake at 350 for 1 hour
