Ingredients

1 pound pound italian sausage
3 cups chicken broth
2 - apples, golden delicious
1 cup dried cherries
1/4 cup parsley flakes
2 - eggs
1 tablespoon sage, dried
2 sticks celery
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 stick butter, softened
16 ounces stuffing mix, herb-seasoned

How To Make sausage cherry/apple dressing

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Step 2

Dice onion very small cook with sausage till there is no pink
Step 3

When finished put the sausage and drippings in a large bowl with the stuffing cubes
Step 4

Bass up real small apples onions celery fry for 5 minutes until softened
Step 5

Put everything in a pot with the chicken broth and bring to a boil turn off the heat add the parsley and the cherries then put in the rest of the ingredients
Step 6

Add the two beaten eggs gently mix and put in a 3 quart casserole dish bake at 350 for 1 hour
