Ingredients
- - 8 ozs. wide egg noodles cooked and drained
- - 1 can each of cream of celery and cream of mushroom soup
- - 2 cups water
- - 1 cup of chopped onion
- - 1/2 teas. each of thyme, garlic and salt
- - 1/4 teas. pepper
- - 12-16 oz. frozen meatballs,thawed
- - 1 bag of frozen peas or peas and carrots
- - 1 tablespoon oil
How To Make saucy meatballs and noodles

Step 1Using a 4 quart Dutch Oven or pan, brown onions in oil until carmalized.

Step 2Add soups and water. Mix together.

Step 3Add spices, veggies, and meatballs. Heat throughly on lovw temp.

Step 4Add cooked noodles and stir into soup mixture. Serve with salad and garlic bread.

Step 5You may want to add some sauted peppers or sliced mushroom to this.
