I love a good Asian noodle sauce, so I am always playing about with novel mixtures of ingredients to produce a tasteful result. I think that is one of the fun aspects of cooking… all the experimentation. This is a very tangy sauce with a just enough heat to let you know that it is there. I serve it over noodles, and eat them plain (it is that good of a sauce), or I might add some chicken, beef, pork, or fish; plus, veggies, and make it a whole meal. So, you ready… Let’s get into the kitchen.
