    pink salmon
  • 1 can(s)
    cream of onion soup
  • 1/2 can(s)
    (soup can) milk
  • 4
    eggs, hard boiled and chopped
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz.) frozen peas, or broccoli
  • 1 pkg
    (16 oz.) shellroni cooked
  • 1 c
    potato chips, crushed
  • 1 c
    shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp

How to Make Salmon Casserole


  1. Drain and debone salmon.
  2. Combine salmon, soup, milk, salt, pepper,chopped hard boiled eggs, frozen peas or broccoli, and cooked shellroni. Mix well.
  3. Pour into 2 quart casserole, and sprinkle with potato chips and shredded cheese.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, uncovered.
