Ingredients
- 1 can pink salmon
- 1 can cream of onion soup
- 1/2 can (soup can) milk
- 4 - eggs, hard boiled and chopped
- 1 package (16 oz.) frozen peas, or broccoli
- 1 package (16 oz.) shellroni cooked
- 1 cup potato chips, crushed
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
How To Make salmon casserole

Step 1Drain and debone salmon.

Step 2Combine salmon, soup, milk, salt, pepper,chopped hard boiled eggs, frozen peas or broccoli, and cooked shellroni. Mix well.

Step 3Pour into 2 quart casserole, and sprinkle with potato chips and shredded cheese.

Step 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, uncovered.
