pink salmon
1 can(s)
cream of onion soup
1/2 can(s)
(soup can) milk

eggs, hard boiled and chopped
1 pkg
(16 oz.) frozen peas, or broccoli
1 pkg
(16 oz.) shellroni cooked
1 c
potato chips, crushed
1 c
shredded cheddar cheese
1 tsp
salt
1/2 tsp
pepper

How to Make Salmon Casserole

Step-by-Step

  • 1Drain and debone salmon.
  • 2Combine salmon, soup, milk, salt, pepper,chopped hard boiled eggs, frozen peas or broccoli, and cooked shellroni. Mix well.
  • 3Pour into 2 quart casserole, and sprinkle with potato chips and shredded cheese.
  • 4Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 45 minutes, uncovered.
