    fresh pasta ( any kind)
  • 2
    tomato
  • 1
    onion
  • 1/2
    lime
  • 2 clove
    garlic
  • 1 Tbsp
    olive oil, extra virgin
  • 1 Tbsp
    parsley, italian
  • 1 tsp
    salt and pepper
  • 1 bunch
    fresh green seedless grapes
  • 1 Tbsp
    balsamic vinegar

How to Make Romantic Date Simple Pasta

Step-by-Step

  1. Wash the tomato and the lime.Turn a cast-iron skillet on medium heat, add some oil, bring the onion and whole tomatoes to the skillet to roast, add the garlic with the peel and roast for 10 minutes flipping them around.
  2. When brown or roasted,turn the skillet off and let the vegetable rest. Chopped the fresh parsley and add to the skillet,squeeze the lime, add the balsamic vinegar,salt and pepper
  3. Cook fresh pasta according to package direction, when ready set on a nice bowl. Add the vegetables ans Enjoy with your date. ( The grapes are for you to eat while cooking =) ).
