This is My Family's favorite! This Recipe has been passed down for generations. We all Tweak it a bit different.Here is my version. I hope your Family loves it as much as mine! Robin

Ingredients
- 1 lb package egg noodles
- 8oz packages cream cheese
- 1/2 large sour cream
- 4 - eggs
- 1/4 stick butter, room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh grated nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon salt or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup golden raisins (optional)
- 1/2 cup sugar hold a few spoonfuls out for the top
How To Make robin's noodle kugel

Step 1Preheat over to 350 cook egg noodles according to package, then drain.

Step 2While noodles are cooking, in a mixer place soften cream cheese & beat till smooth add sugar & eggs salt, pepper, nutmeg ,1/2 cup golden raisins, mix well.

Step 3I use a glass casserole or lasagna pan, spray or butter the bottom & sides. Add cream cheese mixture to the hot noodles & mix well, pour into your buttered pan. grade more fresh nutmeg on the top along with the reserved sugar, dab with butter.

Step 4Bake for 45 mins or until the top has started to brown & The kugel is set. Let rest for 5-10 mins before cutting into squares.
