Roasted Tomato Sauce
This is great as a topping with pasta or with pork or chicken.

1 qtcherry tomatoes (the more colorful the better)
1 mediumonions, yellow, medium thinly sliced (more can be used)
4 clovegarlic +/-
dash(es)olive oil drizzled
sprig(s)oregano, fresh chopped
sprig(s)basil, fresh chopped
How to Make Roasted Tomato Sauce
- Wash tomatoes and slice in half. Place in the bottom of an oven safe pan. Add the onion slices and garlic, Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Drizzle with Olive oil.
- Bake at 350 degrees until tomatoes are brown and bubbly, and the garlic is soft. Add Basil and Oregano bake for another 5 minutes.
