olive oil
4 clove
garlic minced
1 1/2 tsp
crushd red pepper
1 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 small
handful of fresh parsley chopped
salt and pepper
1 box
fancy pasta( bow ties, ziti, rotelle)
1 c
starcy water or stock


11.Heat large pot of water with salt to boiling
22. Put in Pasta and cook to al dente
33. Heat olive oil , garlic, red pepper flakes in sauce pan
44, Puree roasted peppers add to pan with parley and balsamic vinegar salt and pepper Simmer on low heat for 15 min. add cooking liquid Pour over cooked pasta
55. Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese and parsley
