  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons crushd red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 small handful of fresh parsley chopped
  • - salt and pepper
  • 1 box fancy pasta( bow ties, ziti, rotelle)
  • 1 cup starcy water or stock

How To Make roasted pepper pasta

  • Step 1
    1.Heat large pot of water with salt to boiling
  • Step 2
    2. Put in Pasta and cook to al dente
  • Step 3
    3. Heat olive oil , garlic, red pepper flakes in sauce pan
  • Step 4
    4, Puree roasted peppers add to pan with parley and balsamic vinegar salt and pepper Simmer on low heat for 15 min. add cooking liquid Pour over cooked pasta

    5. Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese and parsley
