garlic minced
1 1/2 tsp
crushd red pepper
1 Tbsp
balsamic vinegar
1 small
handful of fresh parsley chopped
salt and pepper
1 box
fancy pasta( bow ties, ziti, rotelle)
1 c
starcy water or stock

Step-by-Step

  • 11.Heat large pot of water with salt to boiling
  • 22. Put in Pasta and cook to al dente
  • 33. Heat olive oil , garlic, red pepper flakes in sauce pan
  • 44, Puree roasted peppers add to pan with parley and balsamic vinegar salt and pepper Simmer on low heat for 15 min. add cooking liquid Pour over cooked pasta
  • 55. Sprinkle with grated parmesean cheese and parsley
