rigatoni pasta, uncooked
3.5 Tbsp
butter, melted
1/2 c
pepperoni slices cut into quarters
1/2 c
fontina cheese, shredded
1/2 c
mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 c
heavy cream
1/2 c
parmesan cheese, grated
1/2 tsp

How to Make Rigatoni With Three Cheeses


  • 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • 2In lots of boiling water, add the salt and rigatoni.
  • 3Cook until super al dente as they are going into the oven.
  • 4Drain and rinse in cold water.
  • 5In a large bowl, mix the butter into the pasta until it is well coated.
  • 6Add the three cheeses and the cream.
  • 7Toss well and add 1/2 the parmesan while tossing.
  • 8Place in a buttered casserole and sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top.
  • 9Sprinkle the nutmeg over everything and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
  • 10When the top of the pasta has turned golden brown, it is done.
