Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 1 pound rigatoni pasta, uncooked
- 3.5 tablespoons butter, melted
- 1/2 cup pepperoni slices cut into quarters
- 1/2 cup fontina cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
How To Make rigatoni with three cheeses

Step 1Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Step 2In lots of boiling water, add the salt and rigatoni.

Step 3Cook until super al dente as they are going into the oven.

Step 4Drain and rinse in cold water.

Step 5In a large bowl, mix the butter into the pasta until it is well coated.

Step 6Add the three cheeses and the cream.

Step 7Toss well and add 1/2 the parmesan while tossing.

Step 8Place in a buttered casserole and sprinkle the remaining parmesan on top.

Step 9Sprinkle the nutmeg over everything and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.

Step 10When the top of the pasta has turned golden brown, it is done.
