Ingredients

  • 1 pkg
    noodles, medium sized (8 oz,)
  • 1 jar(s)
    corned beef
  • 1 small
    onion, chopped
  • 1 can(s)
    saurkraut (16 oz.)
  • 1 can(s)
    tomato sauce (15 oz.)
  • 1 pkg
    swiss cheese

How to Make Reuben Casserole

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Chop corned beef and onions. Drain sauerkraut.
  2. Layer first four ingredients in large casserole dish.
  3. Pour tomato sauce over the top with the cheese.
  4. bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.
