This is such a yummy casserole. Taste just like the sandwich but even better.

Ingredients

1 package noodles, medium sized (8 oz,)
1 jar corned beef
1 small onion, chopped
1 can saurkraut (16 oz.)
1 can tomato sauce (15 oz.)
1 package swiss cheese

How To Make reuben casserole

Step 1

Cook noodles according to package directions. Chop corned beef and onions. Drain sauerkraut.

Step 2

Layer first four ingredients in large casserole dish.
Step 3

Pour tomato sauce over the top with the cheese.
Step 4

bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until cheese is browned.
