By far one of the easiest recipes I have ever made and a HUGE hit with everyone! Consider adding meat such as Italian sausage for those that thing cheese and noodles isn't a meal.

How to Make Red and White Tortellini

Step-by-Step

  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. Put a pkg of frozen tortellini (no need to cook first or even thaw) in a 9x13 pan.
  3. Add 1 cup of water and a jar of your favorite spaghetti sauce to the tortellini and stir well. Drop spoonfuls of your favorite Alfredo sauce on top of that then cover with 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese.
  4. Cover tightly and bake at 350 for 1 hour. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes.
