ranch-style noodles with ham
I found this on the back of a package of wide egg noodles I bought for Zelda's Amish Chicken Casserole. It sounded like something I'd be interested in and hope you might like to try also.

Ingredients
- - 12 oz. package wide egg noodles
- - 1/4 cup butter
- - 16 oz. package frozen mixed vegetables
- - 2 cups cooked ham, cubed
- - 1 cup sour cream
- - 1 cup ranch dressing
How To Make ranch-style noodles with ham

Step 1Prepare noodles according to package directions; drain.

Step 2Melt butter in large skillet, over medium-high heat. Add veggies and cook, stirring frequently, until veggies are tender, about 6-8 minutes.

Step 3Add ham and cook, stirring frequently, until ham cubes are hot, about 2-3 minutes.

Step 4Stir in sour cream and ranch dressing.

Step 5Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until sauce is melted, smooth and hot.

Step 6Pour hot noodles into a serving bowl.

Step 7Pour veggies and ham mixture over noodles. Toss to combine.
