  • 3/4 pound beef sirloin, boneless cut into strips
  • 1 pound frozen vegetable mix
  • 4.5 ounces mushrooms, drained
  • 1.5 cups water

  • Step 1
    Heat oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
  • Step 2
    Add beef.
  • Step 3
    Cook and stir 2-3 minutes or until no longer pink.
  • Step 4
    Crumble ramen noodles.
  • Step 5
    Add noodles, contents of flavor packets, frozen vegetables, mushroom and water to meat.
