quickie lasagna cupcakes...

My kids beg for these. I make traditional style too. Homemade pesto, but this really shortens the time. Plus I add lots of extra veggies to my sauce, they never even notice!

Ingredients

  • 1 package wonton wrappers
  • 1 package pesto
  • 1 package shredded italian cheese and parmesan
  • 1 can spagheti sauce
  • 1 pint ricotta cheese, low-fat

How To Make quickie lasagna cupcakes...

  • Step 1
    spray muffin pan with nonstick spray. Layer 2 wontons crosswise in pans, top with ricotta, pesto and spagheti sauce, add 2 wontons and top again. may add extra veggies or sausage to layers...as you wish and fit into muffin pans.
  • Step 2
    Bake 400* oven x 13 min. Rest for 5 min, if you can wait that long, enjoy!
