This is a quick and delicious meal, dinner on the table in less than 30 minutes from start to finish. Add a salad and bread and dinner is complete. Great meal to take to a family on a meal train.

  • 3 pkg
    knorr alfredo fettucini noodles
  • 3 c
  • 3 c
    half and half
  • 1 1/2 lb
    shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 3 Tbsp
  • 1 Tbsp
    garlic powder
  • 1/2 c
    parmesan cheese

How to Make Quick Shrimp Fettucini


  1. Cook noodles according to directions on the back except using 3 cups water and 3 cups half and half.
  2. While noodles are cooking - saute the shrimp for 3-5 minutes (until the shrimp turn pink) in a saute pan with the butter and garlic powder.
  3. When noodles and shrimp are finished cooking - add the shrimp to the noodles. Serve parmesan cheese on the side to sprinkle on the top for a little extra flavor.
