Ingredients
- 1/2 box angel hair pasta
- 8 ounces fake crab/lobster
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3/4 stick butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/4 cup water from cooking pasta
- 1/2 cup cooked veggies (we like carrots lightly cooked in the microwave)
How To Make quick seafood picatta

Step 1cook angel hair to desired consistency in salty water, saving a bit of the starchy water for the sauce

Step 2over fairly high heat, melt butter and lightly cook the flour (2-3 minutes), add lemon juice and the rest of the ingredients....adjust looseness of the sauce by adding pasta water

Step 3toss sauce with drained pasta and serve!
