  • 2 Tbsp
  • 3/4 stick
  • 1/2 tsp
    garlic powder
  • 3/4 c
    lemon juice
  • 1/4 c
    water from cooking pasta
  • 1/2 c
cooked veggies (we like carrots lightly cooked in the microwave)

How to Make Quick Seafood Picatta

  1. cook angel hair to desired consistency in salty water, saving a bit of the starchy water for the sauce
  2. over fairly high heat, melt butter and lightly cook the flour (2-3 minutes), add lemon juice and the rest of the ingredients....adjust looseness of the sauce by adding pasta water
  3. toss sauce with drained pasta and serve!
