quick pepperoni spaghetti

I just make this like regular spaghetti so I haven't tried putting it in a casserole dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 - green pepper, chopped
  • 1 pound ground beef (or)
  • 1/2 pound bacon
  • 3 ounces pkg. pepperoni, chopped
  • 32 ounces jar spaghetti sauce
  • 12 ounces pkg. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon parmesan cheese

How To Make quick pepperoni spaghetti

  • Step 1
    Combine onion, green pepper, ground beef and pepperoni in a lg. skillet. Cook over med. heat until beef browns, stirring to crumble. Remove from the heat, drain. Return to skillet and add sauce and bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 20 min. stirring occasionally.
  • Step 2
    Cook spaghetti as directed, omit salt. Drain. Arrange in a casserole and spoon meat sauce on top of noodles. Sprinkle with cheeses and bake at 400 for 3-5 min. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
