- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 can mexician style stewed tomatoes
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 cups uncooked small shell macaroni

Step 1Brown beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat, for about 5 minutes.

Step 2Stir in tomatoes, soy sauce, chili powder, and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 5 minutes.

Step 3Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer for 10-12 min or until macaroni is tendered, yet firm, stirring once.
