This is my husbands favorite thing that I make.

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can mexician style stewed tomatoes
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 1/2 cups uncooked small shell macaroni

How To Make quick chili mac

  • Step 1
    Brown beef and onion in a large skillet over medium high heat, for about 5 minutes.
  • Step 2
    Stir in tomatoes, soy sauce, chili powder, and 1 1/2 cups of water. Bring to boil, reduce heat and simmer, covered for 5 minutes.
  • Step 3
    Stir in macaroni, cover and simmer for 10-12 min or until macaroni is tendered, yet firm, stirring once.
