Ingredients
- 1 - 16 oz. packages elbow macaroni
- 1 pound velveeta, cut into 1/2" chunks
- 1 - 10 oz. cans ro*tel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
- 1/2 cup milk
How To Make queso mac & cheese

Step 1Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.

Step 2Microwave velveeta & ro*tel in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min. Stir in milk.

Step 3Add macaroni to velveeta sauce; stir to evenly coat.
