Ingredients

  • 1 - 16 oz. packages elbow macaroni
  • 1 pound velveeta, cut into 1/2" chunks
  • 1 - 10 oz. cans ro*tel diced tomatoes & green chilies, undrained
  • 1/2 cup milk

How To Make queso mac & cheese

  • Step 1
    Cook macaroni as directed on package, omitting salt. Drain.
  • Step 2
    Microwave velveeta & ro*tel in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 5 min. or until VELVEETA is completely melted, stirring after 3 min. Stir in milk.
  • Step 3
    Add macaroni to velveeta sauce; stir to evenly coat.
