Ingredients
- 9 lasagna noodles
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 6 cups sliced leftover prime rib
- 2 banana peppers, sliced
- 1 packet dry onion soup mix
- 4 teaspoons steak seasoning, divided
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1 - container ricotta cheese
- 4 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon steak sauce
- 2 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
- 8 ounces colby jack cheese, shredded
How To Make prime rib lasagna

Step 1Cook lasagna noodles according to package directions; drain and rinse in cold water. Set aside.

Step 2Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.

Step 3Coat the bottom and sides of an 8-inch square glass baking dish with cooking spray.

Step 4Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add sliced leftover prime rib and sliced banana peppers. Saute for 5 minutes or until are tender.

Step 5Stir in dry onion soup mix, 2 teaspoons steak seasoning and 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese. Remove from heat.

Step 6In a food processor, combine ricotta and cream cheese, eggs, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, steak sauce, black pepper and remaining steak seasoning. Pulse until smooth.

Step 7Arrange 3 lasagna noodles in a prepared baking dish. Add half the sauteed prime rib mixture on top of lasagna noodles.

Step 8Spoon half the ricotta cheese mixture evenly on the sauteed prime rib mixture and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded colby cheese. Repeat layers.

Step 9Top with remaining colby and Parmesan cheese. Cover with aluminum foil. Bake for 25 minutes.

Step 10Uncover and bake for 15 minutes or until the cheese are melted. Cool completely for 5 minutes.
