Ingredients
- 1/2 pound macaroni
- 1 cup warm milk
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 1 tablespoon hot water
- 1 - egg, beaten
- 3 cups sharp american cheese, shredded
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt
How To Make president reagan's macaroni and cheese

Step 1Cook macaroni in pot until tender. Drain.

Step 2Mix butter, egg, mustard, salt, milk and hot water.

Step 3Combine macaroni and butter mixture in bowl. Add 3 cups shredded cheese. Combine.

Step 4Pour into buttered casserole. Sprinkle with additional shredded cheese.

Step 5Bake at 350F 45 minutes, or until custard is set and top is crusty.
