Pan Fry


  • 4 oz
    linguine pasta
  • 1/2 lb
    fresh sliced mushrooms
  • 1 Tbsp
    canola oil
  • 1 Tbsp
  • 1 tsp
    minced garlic
  • 1/2 c
    marsala wine
  • 2 Tbsp
    tomato paste
  • 1/4 tsp
  • 1/8 tsp
  • 1/2 lb
    cooked pork tenderloin, cut into strips
  • 1 tsp
    minced fresh parsley

How to Make Pork Marsala


  1. Cook linguine. In large skillet saute mushrooms in oil and butter until tender, add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in wine, tomato paste, salt and pepper until blended. Add pork. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Drain linguine; serve with pork mixture.
