4 oz
linguine pasta
1/2 lb
fresh sliced mushrooms
1 Tbsp
canola oil
1 Tbsp
1 tsp
minced garlic
1/2 c
marsala wine
2 Tbsp
tomato paste
1/4 tsp
1/8 tsp
1/2 lb
cooked pork tenderloin, cut into strips
1 tsp
minced fresh parsley

How to Make Pork Marsala


  • 1Cook linguine. In large skillet saute mushrooms in oil and butter until tender, add garlic; cook 1 minute longer. Stir in wine, tomato paste, salt and pepper until blended. Add pork. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle with parsley. Drain linguine; serve with pork mixture.
