Poor Man's Spaghetti

Lisa G. Sweet Pantry Gal

This is my Mother's recipe. She called it poor mans spaghetti, at the end of the month when pantry was low she would put together spinach, and pasta with spices. I added a few ingredients and threw in a pot of stock, dry noodles and all.
I made this even easier and still a great price at about $7.00 for 6 servings!
