Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 large onion, diced
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 can mushrooms, 6.5 oz.
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- pinch salt and pepper
- 1/2 pint sour cream
How To Make poor man's beef stroganoff

Step 1Saute beef, onions, garlic, and mushrooms together in a little oil until beef is browned and onions are transparent.

Step 2Add can of soup and a little water if necessary (fill 1/2 of the soup can with water); cover.

Step 3Cook for 5 minutes. Add salt and pepper. Then sour cream.

Step 4Heat till the mixture bubbles slightly but do not over heat after cream as been added.

Step 5Serve immediately over rice, noodles or mashed potatoes.
