Ingredients
- 1 pound polish sausage cut into rounds
- 1/2 cup pine nuts toasted
- 8 ounces pasta of choice i used linguine
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- parsley for garnish
- lemon wedges and shredded parmesan cheese
How To Make polish sausage and brown butter pasta

Step 1Toast the pine nuts and set aside. Melt butter in a large skillet and continue cooking on low until the butter is brown in color and nutty in aroma.

Step 2Add the garlic and red pepper flakes. Throw in the sausage and cook 2 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 3Cook the pasta in salted boiling water. Drain and then place the brown butter sausage pan on the stove over medium heat and add the pasta. Cook until heated through. Stir in the pine nuts

Step 4Serve with Parmesan cheese, parsley and a squeeze of lemon
