  • 4 c
    uncooked penne pasta
  • 1 1/2 lb
    smoked polish sausage cut in 1/2
  • 2 can(s)
    cream of mushroom soup
  • 16 oz
    can or jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
  • 3 c
    swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded (i use combo of both)
  • 1 1/2 c
    2% milk
  • 4
    green onions, chopped
  • 2 Tbsp
    dijon mustard
  • 4
    cloves garlic, minced

How to Make Polish Sauerkraut Casserole


  1. Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in all other ingredients
  2. Spoon into a greased 9x13 pan, or large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes
  3. Enjoy!
