4 c
uncooked penne pasta
1 1/2 lb
smoked polish sausage cut in 1/2
2 can(s)
cream of mushroom soup
16 oz
can or jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
3 c
swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded (i use combo of both)
1 1/2 c
2% milk
green onions, chopped
2 Tbsp
dijon mustard
cloves garlic, minced

How to Make Polish Sauerkraut Casserole


  • 1Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in all other ingredients
  • 2Spoon into a greased 9x13 pan, or large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes
  • 3Enjoy!
