This is a recipe my neighbor shared with me. It is delish!

Ingredients
- 4 cups uncooked penne pasta
- 1 1/2 pounds smoked polish sausage cut in 1/2
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 16 ounces can or jar sauerkraut, rinsed and drained well
- 3 cups swiss or cheddar cheese, shredded (i use combo of both)
- 1 1/2 cups 2% milk
- 4 - green onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons dijon mustard
- 4 - cloves garlic, minced
How To Make polish sauerkraut casserole

Step 1Cook pasta according to package directions, drain and transfer to a large bowl. Stir in all other ingredients

Step 2Spoon into a greased 9x13 pan, or large casserole dish and bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes
