Ingredients
- 1/3 cup salad dressing, oil & vinegar
- 1 package pierogies, frozen, thawed, flavor of your choice (i use potato/cheese, potato/onion, whatever i can find)
- 1 package stir fry veggies or whatever you like
- 1 package baby spinach
- 2 - plum tomatoes, cut into 1/4" thick slices
- 1/4 cup feta cheese, crumbled
How To Make pierogies & veggies

Step 1In a large skillet, heat 3 Tbsp dressing over medium-high heat. Add pierogies, in batches if necessary; cook, turning once, until browned, about 3 - 4 minutes each side. Remove from skillet; keep warm.

Step 2Add stir fry to skillet; cook until most liquid has evaporated, about 2 minutes. Add pierogies, spinach & tomatoes. Cover, cook stirring once, until spinach is wilted, about 1 minute.

Step 3Stir in remaining dressing.

Step 4Before serving, sprinkle with feta. Enjoy!
