- - 1/2 box of piccollini cooked according to directions
- - 1/4 c toasted pinenuts
- - 2 tsp sundried tomato pesto
- - 1/2 tsp dried pepper flakes
- - 2 t olive oil
- - parmesan cheese shredded to taste
How To Make piccollini, pinenuts and parm

Step 1Cook the pasta, while it's cooking throw the pinenuts, olive oil, pepper flakes and tomato pesto into a skillet and let fry for a minute or so. be very careful, pine nuts burn very quickly.

Step 2Drain the pasta and mix it with the pine nut mixture, plate and top with Parmesan cheese
