Ingredients

Add to Grocery List

1/2 box of piccollini cooked according to directions
1/4 c toasted pinenuts
2 tsp sundried tomato pesto
1/2 tsp dried pepper flakes
2 t olive oil
parmesan cheese shredded to taste

How to Make Piccollini, Pinenuts and Parm

Step-by-Step

  • 1Cook the pasta, while it's cooking throw the pinenuts, olive oil, pepper flakes and tomato pesto into a skillet and let fry for a minute or so. be very careful, pine nuts burn very quickly.
  • 2Drain the pasta and mix it with the pine nut mixture, plate and top with Parmesan cheese
