  • ·
    1/2 box of piccollini cooked according to directions
  • ·
    1/4 c toasted pinenuts
  • ·
    2 tsp sundried tomato pesto
  • ·
    1/2 tsp dried pepper flakes
  • ·
    2 t olive oil
  • ·
    parmesan cheese shredded to taste

How to Make Piccollini, Pinenuts and Parm


  1. Cook the pasta, while it's cooking throw the pinenuts, olive oil, pepper flakes and tomato pesto into a skillet and let fry for a minute or so. be very careful, pine nuts burn very quickly.
  2. Drain the pasta and mix it with the pine nut mixture, plate and top with Parmesan cheese
