- 1Cook the pasta, while it's cooking throw the pinenuts, olive oil, pepper flakes and tomato pesto into a skillet and let fry for a minute or so. be very careful, pine nuts burn very quickly.
- 2Drain the pasta and mix it with the pine nut mixture, plate and top with Parmesan cheese
