  • 4 Tbsp
    butter, melted
  • 2 tsp
    garlic salt
  • 1 can(s)
    grands flaky layers refrigerated biscuits
  • 1 can(s)
    diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1/2 tsp
  • 1 1/2 tsp
    italian seasoning
  • 1/2 c
    shredded mozzarella
  • 1/2 c
    mini pepperoni slices

How to Make Pepperoni-Pizza Monkey Bread


  1. Preheat oven to 375*.
    13x9-inch baking dish, lined with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray.

    Whisk melted butter and garlic salt until well blended.
    Separate dough into the 8 pieces; cut each biscuit into quarters. Dip each quarter into butter mixture and place in prepared baking dish.
  2. Mix tomatoes, sugar, salt and italian seasoning in medium size mixing bowl, blending well. Spoon over biscuits and top with shredded mozzarella and mini pepperoni's.
  3. Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
