Ingredients

  • 3 cups penne pasta
  • 4 ounces salmon gravalox
  • 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • salt and pepper

How To Make penne with cream and salmon gravalox

  • Step 1
    Cut the Salmon with kitchen shears into small pieces. Cook the penne in boiling salted water until al dente. Drain and add back to the pan. Add the butter and heavy cream and cook until the butter is melted and most of the cream is absorbed.
  • Step 2
    Stir in the Salmon and thyme. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper.
