Ingredients
- 1 box penne mostacolli
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- small - container of whole milk ricotta cheese
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce
How To Make penne lasagna

Step 1Cook penne for 4 minutes to soften them. They should be very al dente. In a bowl, combine the spaghetti sauce with 1 1/2 cups of ricotta cheese. Mix until thoroughly blended.

Step 2Add drained penne and mix thoroughly. Put mixture in a buttered casserole dish and bake at 350º for 1 hour.

Step 3After 1 hour, take out and top with shredded mozzarella and cook an additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly.
