Ingredients
- 2 cups mini penne pasta
- 4 cloves garlic minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmigiano-reggiano, grated
- 1/2 cup gorganzola cheese
- 4 tablespoons butter cut into 1 oz pieces
- parsley for garnish
How To Make penne gorganzola bake

Step 1Preheat oven 350 degrees. Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add salt. Cook the Penne for 10 minutes. Drain the pasta reserving 1/4 cup pasta water.

Step 2Add the pasta water to a saucepan. Add the garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the heavy cream and cook 4 minutes. Add both the cheeses and cook until cheese melts. Stir in the penne.

Step 3Pour into a baking dish and place the butter pats on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Taste and adjust for salt and pepper garnish with parsley
