Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cups fresh mushrooms, small & whole
- 3/4 cup prosciutto - cut into thin strips
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup light cream
- 2 2/3 cups penne - cooked per instructions
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese

Step 1In a large skillet, melt butter, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender. Add prosciutto,milk and light cream, heat, reduce heat, simmer until moisture is reduced by half about 6-7 minutes. Cook pasta - remove sauce from heat. Add 3 TBSP. parmesan cheese & parsley, toss hot pasta with sauce, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
