1In a large skillet, melt butter, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook 3 minutes or until mushrooms are tender.
Add prosciutto,milk and light cream, heat, reduce heat, simmer until moisture is reduced by half about 6-7 minutes.
Cook pasta - remove sauce from heat.
Add 3 TBSP. parmesan cheese & parsley, toss hot pasta with sauce, then sprinkle remaining cheese.
