Penne Alla Vodka
2 can(s)diced tomatos, i prefer the basil, oregano & garlic
1/2vidallia onion, diced
1/2 cshredded parmesan
1 cheavy whipping cream
1-2 dash(es)crushed red pepper
1 boxpenne or pasta of your choice
1 Tbsptomato paste - optional
How to Make Penne Alla Vodka
- Once the tomato mixture has cooked, add the remaining ingredients (except the pasta). Stir frequently for 30 minutes, be careful not to let the cheese burn to the bottom of the pan.
- Cook your pasta al dente in the middle of step 3.
- If your sauce isn't thick enough, add a tablespoon of tomato paste. This will give the sauce a velvet texture and sweeten it up even more.
