Ingredients
- SAUCE
- 1 - onion, chopped
- 2 cans (14.5 oz.) sliced stewed tomatoes
- 2 cans (6 oz.) tomato paste
- 2 cans (8 oz.) tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 3/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1-2 - bay leaves
- - add water to desired consistency
- MEATBALLS
- 1 pound hamburger
- 1 cup crushed onion/garlic croutons
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 - eggs
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- - salt and pepper
How To Make peg's spaghetti & meatballs

Step 1Mix sauce ingredients together in large pot and cook for at least 2 hours.

Step 2Mix meatball ingredients together. Place foil on a large cookie sheet and spray with cooking spray. Form meatballs and place on cookie sheet. Bake in a 375º until done. Add to sauce and continue to simmer. Remove bay leaves before serving.

Step 3NOTE: Three jars of spaghetti sauce can be substituted for the sauce ingredients.
