Being vegan, Tori made this recipe and shared it with me. She also made it when Mark came to visit, and he enjoyed it also. Next time, however, I am making it with chicken, or maybe tofu! And I prefer more peanut butter, personally!

Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen italian blend veggies
- 1 box thai type noodles, like for pad thai
- 1 bottle organic maple syrup, not cheap pancake syrup
- - soy sauce
- - peanut butter, creamy
- ADDITIONS I WANT TO TRY:
- - chicken, cooked, chopped
- - firm tofu
- - chopped peanuts
How To Make peanut noodles and vegetables, tori's

Step 1Cook the veggies in a wok. Put equal amounts of soy sauce, syrup and peanut butter into a bowl and whisk together. You can make it more peanut butter or soy, etc, depending on your personal preference. Add to wok with vegetables and stir to coat. Stir in the cooked noodles and stir to coat and heat through. Serve.
