Ingredients
- 1-1/2 pound ground beef
- 1 large onion chopped
- 1 cup celery chopped
- 1 large green pepper chopped
- 1 can red pack tomato puree
- 1 can chopped tomatoes
- 2 tablespoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons chopped garlic
- 1 teaspoon crushed red papper
- 1 tablespoon butter (optional)
How To Make patsy's goulash

Step 1brown ground beef in dutch oven, drain, add celery,onion, green pepper and seasonings. cook until veggies are medium.

Step 2Add tomato puree and canned tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until nice and thick.
