How to Make Patsy's goulash
- brown ground beef in dutch oven, drain, add celery,onion, green pepper and seasonings. cook until veggies are medium.
- Add tomato puree and canned tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until nice and thick.
- Cook elbow pasta in well salted water until al dente, drain and mix with sauce. Add the butter for flavor and enjoy...
