I have been making this for more years than I care to count and it is always well received. Even my daughters friends want the recipe and it is so easy. It is always requested.

onion chopped

green pepper chopped

red pack tomato puree
1 can(s)
chopped tomatoes
2 Tbsp
italian seasoning
2 tsp
chopped garlic
1 tsp
crushed red papper
1 Tbsp
butter (optional)

How to Make Patsy's goulash


  • 1brown ground beef in dutch oven, drain, add celery,onion, green pepper and seasonings. cook until veggies are medium.
  • 2Add tomato puree and canned tomatoes. Add salt and pepper to taste. Simmer until nice and thick.
  • 3Cook elbow pasta in well salted water until al dente, drain and mix with sauce. Add the butter for flavor and enjoy...
