The name Pastafazool is actually an American corruption of the Italian expression Pasta e Fagioli. This recipe can be altered with different types of things. You can use pasta shells or any type of pasta you prefer. You can add a clove of minced garlic, onion, diced tomatoes, navy beans, etc. Pastafazool is like meatloaf you can do many variations and still get great results.

- 1 pound elbow macaroni, cooked
- 2 cans tomato sauce
- 2 cans white or red kidney beans
- sprinkle - parmesan cheese
How To Make pastafazool

Step 1Boil some salted water in a three-quart saucepan. Cook the macaroni until tender. Drain thoroughly.

Step 2Put pasta back into the pot and add the tomato sauce and kidney beans. Heat gently, stirring frequently until it's all heated throughout. Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top. Enjoy!!
