3 clovegarlic, minced

1/3 cpine nuts or sliced almonds

3 Tbspolive oil

1-1/2 csliced fresh broccoli flowerets

1 csliced zucchini
-
1 cfrozen english peas
-
10 largefresh mushrooms, sliced

6fresh or frozen asparagus spears, cut into 1" pieces

1/4 cfresh parsley, chopped
-
2 tspdried whole basil
-
1/2 tspsalt
-
1/4 Tbspblack pepper
-
12cherry tomatoes, halved
-
112 oz. package spaghetti
-
1/3 cbutter
-
1 cwhipping cream
-
1/2 cgrated parmesan cheese
How to Make PASTA WITH VEGETABLES & SAUCE
- Saute garlic & nuts in oil in large skillet; stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes or til nuts are lightly browned.
Add next 10 ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender or done to your liking. Stir in tomatoes. - Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Melt butter over low heat in a large saucepan; stir in whipping cream and cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts.
Add spaghetti; toss gently.
To serve, spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti.
