Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/3 cup pine nuts or sliced almonds
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1-1/2 cup sliced fresh broccoli flowerets
- 1 cup sliced zucchini
- 1 cup frozen english peas
- 10 large fresh mushrooms, sliced
- 6 - fresh or frozen asparagus spears, cut into 1" pieces
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 2 teaspoons dried whole basil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
- 12 - cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 - 12 oz. package spaghetti
- 1/3 cup butter
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
How To Make pasta with vegetables & sauce

Step 1Saute garlic & nuts in oil in large skillet; stirring frequently, 2-3 minutes or til nuts are lightly browned. Add next 10 ingredients; cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are crisp-tender or done to your liking. Stir in tomatoes.

Step 2Meanwhile, cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain. Melt butter over low heat in a large saucepan; stir in whipping cream and cheese. Cook, stirring constantly, until cheese melts. Add spaghetti; toss gently. To serve, spoon vegetable mixture over spaghetti.
