I love this recipe,very easy and soooo good one of my favorites.Even better made with garden tomatoes.

Ingredients

1/2 lb. - bacon
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 1/2 - lg. onions
3 - lg. cloves garlic
1 - 28 oz. can of diced tomatoes
1 - 16 oz. can diced tomatoes
1 tablespoon tarragon
- salt to taste
1/4 teaspoon red pepper
1/4 cup minced fresh parsley
1 1/2 pounds linguine pasta
2 teaspoons sugar
- fresh grated parmesan cheese

How To Make pasta with tomato bacon sauce

Step 1

Fry bacon,crumble set aside. Keep 1 Tab.of bacon greese in skillet add olive oil and onions. Saute till tender stir in garlic,tomatoes,salt,tarragon,pepper and sugar. simmer 30 min.to reduce liquid. Add bacon and parsley.serve over buttered pasta.
