- 1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes
- 7 ounces package angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/3 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- - parmesan cheese, freshly grated
How To Make pasta with sun-dried tomatoes

Step 1Place sun-dried tomatoes in a bowl; add hot water to cover. Let stand 10 minutes; drain, and set aside.

Step 2Cook pasta according to package directions; drain. Place pasta in a Dutch oven; add reserved tomatoes, oil, and the next 6 ingredients.

Step 3Cook over medium-low heat until heated, stirring occasionally. Remove to a serving platter. Sprinkle with cheese.
