I saw this recipe on tv and cooked it right away, original recipe uses Bow-Tie pasta but I used what I had at the moment. Again quick and easy, not to mention yummy! This is great with pork chops and a lettuce salad with croutons and for desert French Vanilla topped with pears and Cinamon and brown sugar syrup. Will post recipe later. Enjoy! NOTE: You can also use regular Brautwurst for the kids, even though this dish is not spicy just gives it a good flavor!

  • Step 1
Cook pasta for about 10 to 11 minutes, don't forget to salt the water (salt when water is boiling)
  • Step 2
While pasta is cooking cut brautwurst sausages into rounds (wheels) then saute on skillet until lightly browned on each side. Now go back and drain pasta.
