The recipe is actually a salmon dish (Salmon in Roasted Red Peppers), but neighbors wanted to try this and everyone loved it. Easy to make with or without salmon 20 minutes tops to prepare

Ingredients
- 3 cloves garlic
- 4 ounces roasted peppers
- 4 cups fresh baby spinach
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
- 1/4 tablespoon red pepper flakes
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley
- salt and pepper to taste
How To Make pasta with roasted pepper sauce

Step 1To the same pan, add butter and garlic. Cook for 1 minute, add the roasted peppers and cook for 2 minutes.

Step 2Add the spinach and allow it to wilt.

Step 3Reduce the heat to low, and add Half & Half, Parmesan, red pepper flakes, parsley, salt, and pepper. Stir and bring to a simmer.

Step 4Serve over pasta, rice, or steamed vegetables
