Ingredients
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 - potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 package frozen peas
- 2 cans chicken broth
- 1 pound curly elbow pasta or pasta of your choice
- - olive oil or cooking spray
How To Make pasta with potatoes and peas

Step 1Saute chopped onion and minced garlic in a large skillet with olive oil or cooking spray.

Step 2Add 3 potatoes, peeled and diced. Add package frozen peas.

Step 3Add 2 cans of chicken broth and simmer until potatoes are cooked. Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions.

Step 4Add coked pasta to saute pan with potatoes and peas. Toss and season with salt and pepper. Enjoy.
