- 1/2 pound fettuccine pasta,or spaghetti
- 1/3 cup olive oil, good quality is best
- 1/8 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- - parmigiano-reggiano, grated
How To Make pasta with garlic sauce

Step 1Cook Pasta, while pasta cooking in a small sauce pan add olive oil, butter, red pepper flakes and minced garlic.

Step 2Cook on low to medium heat. Cook slowly until the garlic is a light golden color.

Step 3Drain pasta, in a med bowl toss the pasta and the olive oil mixture untl pasta is well coated. Sprinkle the parmigiano-reggiano on top.
