Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb
    fettuccine pasta,or spaghetti
  • 1/3 c
    olive oil, good quality is best
  • 1/8 tsp
    red pepper flakes
  • 1 Tbsp
    butter
  • 2-3 clove
    garlic minced
  • ·
    parmigiano-reggiano, grated

How to Make Pasta with garlic sauce

Step-by-Step

  1. Cook Pasta, while pasta cooking in a small sauce pan add olive oil, butter, red pepper flakes and minced garlic.
  2. Cook on low to medium heat. Cook slowly until the garlic is a light golden color.
  3. Drain pasta, in a med bowl toss the pasta and the olive oil mixture untl pasta is well coated.
    Sprinkle the parmigiano-reggiano on top.
