1/2 lbfettuccine pasta,or spaghetti

1/3 colive oil, good quality is best

1/8 tspred pepper flakes

1 Tbspbutter

2-3 clovegarlic minced

parmigiano-reggiano, grated
How To Make pasta with garlic sauce

1Cook Pasta, while pasta cooking in a small sauce pan add olive oil, butter, red pepper flakes and minced garlic.

2Cook on low to medium heat. Cook slowly until the garlic is a light golden color.

3Drain pasta, in a med bowl toss the pasta and the olive oil mixture untl pasta is well coated. Sprinkle the parmigiano-reggiano on top.
