Ingredients For pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzerella

  • 1 lb
    pasta of choice
  • 2 md
    ripe tomatoes
  • 2-3 clove
    garlic, sliced
  • 5
    basil leaves, torn
  • 4-6 oz
    mozzerella, cubed small
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 c
    parmesean cheese
  • 1/4 c
    olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp
    red pepper flakes

How To Make pasta with fresh tomatoes and mozzerella

    make pasta.

    While pasta is cooking put olive oil in a large pan add sliced garlic and 1/4 tsp. of red pepper flakes. Once garlic turns a golden color add chopped tomatoes and torn basil leaves. cook on med. heat for 3 min. add salt and pepper to taste.

    add cooked pasta and mix then scatter cubed mozzerella. Plate pasta and top with parmesan cheese
